WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
Steelcase Inc. (“Steelcase”) warrants new Steelcase brand consumer products ("Product") to be free from defects in design, materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to purchasers located in the United States.

HOW LONG DOES THIS WARRANTY LAST?
This warranty lasts for three (3) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty terminates if you transfer, modify or sell the Product.

WHAT WILL A. POMERANTZ & CO. DO?
If the Product is defective, Steelcase will replace or repair it or refund the purchase price.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear to Products, nor to high-wear items including but not limited to: lamps, ballasts, fabrics and glides. This warranty does not cover fading, discoloration or natural variations occurring in materials such as wood, marble, laminates, leather and fabrics.

This warranty does not cover consequential damages (the cost of repairing or replacing other property which is damaged when the Product does not work properly). This warranty does not cover shipping charges to or from an address outside the continental United States, damage in transit to or from an address outside the continental United States, loss of time, loss of use, or other incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so these exclusions and limitation may not apply to you.

Sales Tax

Sales Territory
Currently, A. Pomerantz & Co. can sell Leap chairs online only within the contiguous U.S. If you live elsewhere and want to buy a Leap chair,A. Pomerantz & Co. is a member of the Steelcase Dealer Network which has operations in the 48 contiguous United States

Manufacturing
Your Leap chair is a custom-made product. Once we receive your online order, our manufacturing team will then build the exact chair you've specified.

Assembly
Due to construction, design of the product, or delivery conditions, it is necessary to ship most Turnstone products cartoned. Turnstone products that are shipped unassembled are shipped RTA (ready to assemble) and are easy to assemble.

Changes and Cancellations
We know it can be tough to decide on colors and styles... but, unfortunately, once you've submitted your online order, we can't accept changes or cancellations.

Return Policy 
A. Pomerantz & Co. will only except returns and exchanges on: defective merchandise or damaged items due to shipping and/or warehouse handling. We will not return items in which the consumer misjudged measurements, color of fabric or finishes, style or functionality.
