Our receiving and installation experts understand the importance of proper furniture handling, alignment, and configuration. We ensure your product will be delivered and installed properly and on-time.

Our internal Customer Support representative tracks the deliveries daily and ensures the shipment is on schedule. Our delivery specialists are made aware of site details and time constraints as to when the customer can receive a delivery. A. Pomerantz & Co. assigns an onsite supervisor to receive the product and draw up reports for any missing items or any damages to the items due to shipping errors or manufacturer defects. Our receiving supervisor will contact the manufacturer and take the necessary steps to have the missing or damaged product replaced or repaired as quickly as possible.

From delivery to installation the product will be supervised and accountable to A. Pomerantz & Co. Under the supervision of an installation supervisor, experienced, trained, personnel will perform the installation and conduct a thorough inspection. Our installers understand the complete scope of a project prior to the start of installation.

A. Pomerantz & Co. coordinates all installations in a timely, cost effective manner. We review plans and meet with clients to determine an appropriate schedule making certain that workflow will not be disrupted and required completion dates will be met.
