Summary of Position:

Entry level position with potential for growth within the organization. Looking for highly motivated individual that has a roll up your sleeves attitude. Individual should have a customer-oriented attitude as they will be working with our large corporate accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This role is an Operations Administrator with the primary responsibility is to electronically receive and schedule orders for our customers. Basic functions required are:

  • Working with the warehouse to ensure both receiving and delivery paperwork is accurate and timely
  • Working with the sales support staff to make sure the product is arriving on time for soft scheduling, including delivery, installation and service work
  • Update schedules continuously as project dates are revised
  • Document and communicate all returns and handle in a timely manner
