Entry level position with potential for growth within the organization

Looking for highly motivated individual that has a roll up your sleeves attitude. Individual should have a customer-oriented attitude as they will be working with our large corporate accounts.

 

This role is an Operations Administrator with the primary responsibility is to electronically receive and schedule orders for our customers. Basic functions required are:

  • Working with the warehouse to ensure both receiving and delivery paperwork is accurate and timely
  • Working with the sales support staff to make sure the product is arriving on time for soft scheduling, including delivery, installation and service work
  • Update schedules continuously as project dates are revised
  • Document and communicate all returns and handle in a timely manner
