Our organization leads with the services we provide and the talents of our diverse team. Our company does make efforts to employ 30% of team members from Historically Underutilized Business Zones, in support of the overall efforts to improve the economy and communities we do business.
The office furniture industry lacks in diversity and specifically Black people in design, manufacturing, and dealerships. We are working to try and change this and are grateful for all the support and companies becoming more vocal than ever.
Pomerantz seeks out and establishes agreements with 2nd Tier minority suppliers. With the goal of increasing and tracking the number of our diverse suppliers.
